Wise Unfairly Closed My Account!!

Hello, I am your customer from Turkey. I have been using the Wise app for about 1.5 years. However, due to the difficult days we went through in Turkey, my friends and people I know started to send more money to my account to help me more and support my needs due to the recent earthquake. However, this practice has sparked the investigation. When I said that my other income came from my relatives and friends, they asked me to send the bank statement (3 months). I sent it to you, but it was always received negatively. I sent the paperwork you asked me to but your app is determined to shut me down and keep my money in. I am a victim and complainant, I am seeking my right. I need money and want to continue using it wisely. Otherwise, I declare that I will apply to the European court.
