Wise Suspended My Account and Blocked ₺23,000 After Failed Transfer Attempt

Hello, I live in Hungary and attempted to send ₺3,000 from my Wise account about 4 days ago. Including ₺100 in fees, the transaction should have gone through smoothly—but Wise blocked the transfer and suddenly froze my entire account.

Afterward, I was asked to submit additional verification, including my family’s bank statements and salary documents from the past year. I complied and sent everything through the appeal form, but it made no difference. My account is still frozen, and I now have ₺23,000 locked inside. I can’t access a single penny.

The app now warns me that my account will be permanently closed on June 21. I’ve been emailing Wise for days, but there’s been no meaningful update.

I will never use Wise again, but I demand that the ₺23,000 in my account be returned to me immediately. If I don’t receive a resolution soon, I will take legal action and file a complaint with the relevant authorities. I’m tired of being ignored.
