Wise is Not Sending My Refund After A Cancelled Transfer

I made a transfer, but Wise didn't recognize the bank account I sent the money to, so it was canceled. They were supposed to refund my money. However, it's been 15 days, and I still haven't received my money back. Wise claims they sent the money back to my account, but I can't confirm it with my bank because they haven't provided the necessary Swift information, such as the UETR code.
