I’ve successfully used Wise three times to send money from Germany to Turkey. To ensure a quick transfer, I chose the “instant” option, accepting higher fees. However, during my fourth transfer today at around 18:10, Wise initially estimated the transfer completion by 18:35. It’s now 21:10, and the transfer time has been delayed five times, with the latest estimate now set for 22:00.
This delay is causing serious concern, as I rely on this transfer to pay off debts in Turkey. If the funds don’t arrive soon, I risk facing legal action, for which Wise would bear responsibility. I urgently request Wise to resolve this issue immediately and ensure timely transfers in the future.
