Unable to Open Wise Account Due to Phone Number Issue


I attempted to open an account with Wise but unfortunately ran into an issue. It appears that my phone number was already in use by someone else. I can't believe this happened; are they opening the account without any security checks? So, if someone else is using my phone number, I am unable to use it myself? If Wise happens to come across this, kindly give me a call during my available hours of 3-5 PM to address and resolve the matter at hand. I wonder what kind of transactions have been made using my identity!
