Wise Account Access Error

I'm having a major headache trying to transfer money internationally using Wise. Here's the deal:
My spouse previously used Wise, but for some reason, their account is no longer accessible.
Now, when I try to create my own Wise account, the system mysteriously blocks me!
This situation makes absolutely no sense. Why can't I have an independent Wise account? I'd appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue and getting my account activated.
