Marketagent Points Converted to Lower Amounts in ₺, Requesting Fair Euro-Based Value

I have been a member of Marketagent since 2018. Recently, I noticed that the 1000-point bonus I redeemed is now being converted into a significantly lower amount in ₺. For example, in April, 1000 points equaled ₺315, but now it is only ₺260. When I raised this concern, the response was:

Thank you for your message.
According to the system, Wise has adjusted the fees for the transfer, so the amount received is now lower.

Ana"

This unfair adjustment is frustrating and feels like an unjust profit at the expense of loyal members like me. I demand that Marketagent provide fair compensation for points, with accurate Euro-based conversions. Please address this issue promptly to restore trust among your members.
