I have been a member of Marketagent since 2018. Recently, I noticed that the 1000-point bonus I redeemed is now being converted into a significantly lower amount in ₺. For example, in April, 1000 points equaled ₺315, but now it is only ₺260. When I raised this concern, the response was:

This unfair adjustment is frustrating and feels like an unjust profit at the expense of loyal members like me. I demand that Marketagent provide fair compensation for points, with accurate Euro-based conversions. Please address this issue promptly to restore trust among your members.
