I Got Charged for a Whiteout Survival Pack I Never Bought and No One Is Responding

I’m incredibly frustrated with Whiteout Survival after discovering that I was charged for a pack I never purchased. I immediately contacted the support team to resolve the issue and was told, like many others, that I would receive a response "within 3 days." Well, it's been over a week, and I still haven’t heard a single word from them.

I even attached screenshots of my purchase history and support messages showing that this pack was never authorized by me. Despite providing all the evidence they could need, there has been zero effort to fix the problem or even acknowledge my complaint.

This feels like more than just poor customer service—it borders on unauthorized charges, which is unacceptable for any company, especially one that involves real money transactions. It’s extremely disappointing that users are expected to just wait in silence while being charged without consent.
