I Face Whiteout Survival Chief Gear Downgraded After Update — Lost 1 Star Level

I’ve been playing Whiteout Survival on the Android platform for three years, and my Chief Gear had been at K1 3-star level. However, after an update about a month ago, I noticed that my gear was downgraded to K1 2-star. My player ID is 161715340. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times to fix this issue, but no solution has been provided, and my problem still persists.

Additionally, about two weeks ago, I suddenly ended up with 90,000 injured soldiers even though I didn’t have any before. When I reported this, I was told it was due to an SVS battle, and no correction was made — I had to heal all the troops myself using my own resources. These kinds of issues have become increasingly common since the recent updates, leaving me very frustrated.

All I ask is that my Chief Gear be restored to K1 3-star level and that my losses be compensated. I haven’t made any in-game purchases or subscriptions in the past two months. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
