Today, I tried to purchase ₺785 worth of Frost (in-game tokens) for Whiteout Survival from Liderepin.com. When I went to pay with my credit card, I was shocked to see they added a 3.5% commission, and ₺815 was deducted from my account. But the nightmare didn’t end there. When I checked my in-game wallet, only ₺785 was credited. I immediately contacted live support, and instead of a solution, I got a vague excuse that the product "couldn’t be provided" and that my money was "refunded."
Refunded where? How? I didn’t request a refund—I wanted the product! And if you can’t provide it, why are you selling it? At the very least, label it as temporarily unavailable. Why should I be paying the commission for something you failed to deliver?
When I asked if this would happen again with other packages, they couldn’t even guarantee that it wouldn’t. Instead, I was told this “happens on all sites.” That’s not an excuse—it’s a weak attempt to normalize poor service.
