Travel Town Charged Me Despite Saying Payment Failed Each Time

I’m shocked and incredibly disappointed with Travel Town. The game kept showing “payment failed” messages whenever I tried to make an in-game purchase. But later, I was stunned to find out that a total of ₺700 had been deducted from my mobile account. How can this happen when no confirmation was shown, and I didn’t even receive the items I attempted to buy? It’s absolutely unacceptable for a game to charge users this way without their knowledge or consent. I feel betrayed for trusting this app and have already deleted it. I demand a full refund of the ₺700 that was wrongly taken. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Stop misleading users and return my money now!
