Whitebit TR Blocked My Funds for 11 Days – Unable to Withdraw Money

I am a Whitebit TR user and have never experienced any issues until now. For the past 11 days, my funds have been blocked, and I cannot make any withdrawals. Despite providing all necessary information, including a video verification, I am repeatedly told to "wait as my funds are secure." This excuse is given every day with no resolution in sight.

The withdrawal button is disabled, my transactions are frozen, and I am unable to access my own money. When I contact customer service, they claim the review team operates separately and cannot provide updates. Meanwhile, Bitcoin has increased by 40%, causing significant potential losses. I urgently demand an immediate solution and the release of my funds. This delay is unacceptable.
