Parimatch Deposit of ₹8,000 Missing After Paytm UPI Payment

On February 8, 2026, I deposited ₹8,000 into my Parimatch casino wallet via UPI using Paytm. The payment was made through the UPI ID 91188028**@naviaxis.
Although the transaction was successfully completed on my side, the amount has not appeared in my Parimatch account, and I cannot access or withdraw the funds.
It has now been two days since the deposit, and this delay is causing me serious concern. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and feel misled because my money is stuck without any clear explanation.
I request that my ₹8,000 be immediately released so that I can withdraw it, or that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay. I expect Parimatch to investigate this issue urgently and resolve it as soon as possible.
