FamPay User Reports ₹339 UPI Payment Sent to Fraudster

I made a UPI payment of ₹339 from my FamPay wallet balance on March 8, 2026, at around 11:18 AM, with transaction ID FMPIB4797778568. Later, I realized that the money had been sent to a fraudster.

I was misled into sending this payment, and the person did not provide the promised service or return the money after receiving it.

I have not yet been able to resolve this issue, and I have not previously contacted FamPay support regarding this problem.

I kindly request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the ₹339 be refunded to my FamPay wallet if possible. I also ask that appropriate action be taken against the fraudulent account involved so that other users are not affected in the same way.
