WhatsApp Linked to Previous Owner on My New Jio SIM – Need Old Account Removed

I recently purchased a new Jio mobile number 701554999** in December 2025. When I tried to use this number on WhatsApp, the app showed an existing WhatsApp profile of another person, who seems to be the previous owner of this number. I do not want to use that previous user’s account in any way. I only want the previous WhatsApp account linked to this number to be completely deleted so that I can create and use my own new WhatsApp account with this number. I kindly request that you permanently delete the old WhatsApp account associated with 7015549992** and allow me to register a fresh WhatsApp account on this number.
