My WhatsApp account was suddenly deactivated without any warning, notification, or explanation. One moment it was working normally, and the next, I was completely locked out. I received no messages about a violation or even a chance to appeal. This situation has left me completely helpless and seriously affected—especially since I use WhatsApp for business and now hundreds of my clients can’t reach me.
I don’t even know what rule I supposedly violated. If I did something wrong, publish it publicly—I have nothing to hide. I’m confident in my behavior and use of the platform. This kind of action without explanation is unacceptable.
WhatsApp, I’m asking you to review this decision immediately, provide a clear reason for the ban, and reactivate my account without delay. Forcing users to change their phone numbers because of vague or unjust suspensions is not how a trusted platform should operate.
If this happened to me, it can happen to others. Back up your chats, because WhatsApp can shut you out at any time with zero accountability. Unless this is resolved quickly, I will be sharing this experience publicly across every platform I can.
