I’m writing to express my deep frustration with an unjust ban placed on my WhatsApp account. Yesterday, during a conversation, a user who had joined my group without permission began insulting and swearing at me and my friends. Despite being the victim in this situation, I was the one who ended up getting banned—simply for defending myself and saying I would take legal action against the person harassing me.
How is this fair? The person who verbally abused me is still using WhatsApp freely, while I, the one who stood up for myself, have been wrongfully punished. It makes absolutely no sense that someone can openly curse at others, yet face no consequences, while I get penalized for standing up to them.
I respectfully request that WhatsApp reinvestigate the case properly. I am willing for my account to remain under review for a week if needed—as long as it leads to justice and a fair decision.
