Spam Message Sent To Me Via WhatsApp From +260 765618745, Zambia

I received a message via WhatsApp saying "hello" from the number +260 765618745, which belongs to the country of Zambia with the country code +260, on May 30, 2024. I have no personal or commercial relations with this country. I have blocked the number and the message sent to me. I am very disturbed by this situation and I am filing a complaint. In the event of my account information being captured and disseminated, and unauthorized use of my phone number, I declare that I do not accept any responsibility for any interception of my private information, messages, and photos, establishment of a company in my name, unauthorized shopping, issuance of debts in my name, requests to borrow money from others in my name, requests to deposit money anywhere, and similar situations. I declare that all responsibility lies with WhatsApp and its entities.
