Western Union Invalid MTCN Error

I've been using Garanti Bank for years, but I've decided to close all my accounts at the first opportunity. I'm currently overseas and I transferred funds to myself using Western Union. I've done this transaction many times in the past. Unfortunately, the MTCN number provided by Western Union was incorrect. I've made multiple calls regarding this issue, but all they seem to do is record complaints and complete paperwork. Unfortunately, I've been left without any funds for the past three days. If they had issued a refund, I would have been able to continue using my least favorable card for future purchases. Contradictory information was provided by different customer representatives regarding the refund of the commission used for the transfer. I question whether they received the same training. It's really frustrating that I was charged a commission for a transaction that didn't even go through. But what's even more concerning is that I still haven't received any resolution for this issue. I need my MTCN number to be corrected urgently!
