Weplay Support Ignoring My Appeal After 4 Days, Requesting Ban Review

On August 31, 2025, my Weplay account (ID: 97554031) received a device ban even though I did not commit any rule violations. The device I use is a Redmi Note 10 Pro.
Before this permanent device ban, I had only received a one-week temporary ban, but I was never given any explanation for it. After the permanent ban was applied, I submitted a support request through the in-app feedback system, but I have not received any response for four days.
I have not suffered any financial loss or purchased in-game content on this account. Still, I request that my account and device be reviewed again, and that the unjust device ban be lifted.
