WePlay Ignores My +18 Age Filter—Still Matching Me with Underage Users


Even though my WePlay age preference is set to +18, the app keeps matching me with users who are clearly under 13 years old. This has become a constant and frustrating issue that ruins the entire experience.
I’ve already tried every recommended step within the app: adjusting the settings, using the one-tap repair option, uploading logs, clearing cache—you name it. Still, nothing has changed. Despite reporting the problem multiple times, I only receive automated responses with no actual solution.
This raises serious concerns about whether WePlay is properly enforcing its age restrictions. I expect better from a platform of this size and reach. If this issue isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll stop using the app altogether and will no longer recommend it to anyone.
