I’m 19 but WePlay Blocks My Access Due to Age Restriction—Let Me Join the Game

I’m 19 years old, yet every time I try to access WePlay, I get kicked out with a message saying I don’t have permission to enter. It states that I don’t meet the access requirements, which makes no sense—I’m well over the typical age restriction for these types of games.

I want to formally file a complaint about this issue. If the problem isn’t resolved and I’m still unable to enter the game, I plan to escalate the matter to the authorities and report it as negligence. We have every right to access the platform at this age.

If this is a mistake or system error, fix it now. We shouldn't be punished or excluded when we clearly meet the requirements. WePlay, restore my access immediately or prepare for formal complaints. This issue needs to be addressed without further delay.
