I Report Wrongful Under-16 Ban On Weplay And Blocked Access To Games

I purchased Weplay in May 2025 and, although I am over 16 years old, the system wrongly flagged my account as under 16, severely limiting my gameplay experience. Despite clearly stating my correct birthdate during registration, I received an under-16 ban. Now, in the Vampir Köylü mode, I cannot join any rooms or create my own, leaving me isolated from the game’s core features.

At first, I tolerated the situation, but the ongoing restrictions have made the game frustrating. Worse still, I am continuously matched with players much younger than me—many under 13—who frequently use offensive language. I did not pay to be forced into rooms with toxic or inappropriate behavior, especially when I should be playing with peers my own age group.

This age verification error has negatively impacted my enjoyment of the game and my confidence in the platform. I explicitly request that my age restriction be removed and my account privileges be fully restored. Additionally, I expect measures to prevent this misclassification from happening again.
