WePlay Ban Recovery Request

I logged into the Weplay app with my Google account, and around July, I was given a device ban even though I did not commit any rule violations. Since then — for about two months — I have been unable to access my account.
I submitted all of my information correctly, yet I have not received any response from Weplay customer service for over a week.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. My device is an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Despite not engaging in any improper actions, I have been unfairly penalized.
I request that my account be reopened and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
