WePlay Banned My Account and Device Without Reason

My WePlay account and device were suddenly banned without any explanation. I was simply messaging as usual when, out of nowhere, I was locked out. I did absolutely nothing wrong, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such an issue on the platform.
I have spent a full year building my presence on WePlay, and all of my data, progress, and communications are now completely inaccessible. It’s deeply upsetting to be treated like this with no warning, no explanation, and no chance to defend myself.
I urgently request that my account and device ban be lifted immediately. This situation is unjust, and I ask the WePlay team to thoroughly review whatever error led to this action.
