I use the WePlay application on my Android phone, and I have been unable to log in to my account since January 14 because I lost the SIM card linked to my account. Since the login process is tied to that phone number, I cannot receive verification codes, and I am now completely locked out of my account.

I have not been able to reach WePlay customer support, which is why I am submitting this complaint to request assistance. I respectfully ask that the phone number registered on my WePlay account be changed so I can recover access, as I no longer have the old SIM card.

I request that my account be verified using alternative methods, such as email verification or identity verification, and that my new phone number be added. I want to regain access to my WePlay account without losing my account data or progress and continue using the app normally.
