I have been using the WePlay app on my Android device for more than two years, and today I suddenly saw a message stating “Account blocked.” My account appears to have been permanently banned without any clear reason or explanation, despite being a long-term and regular user of the service.

After noticing that my account was blocked, I attempted to contact WePlay support through all available channels, but none of my attempts were successful, and I still cannot access my account.

I find it both unfair and frustrating that my account has been permanently blocked without any clear or understandable justification. I request that my WePlay account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using the application. If there is any alleged violation associated with my account, I expect a detailed and transparent explanation with specific information.

I am writing regarding my account on the Weplay app, which was permanently banned this morning on my Android device due to an alleged violation of community guidelines. I was not given any clear or detailed explanation about which rule I supposedly violated, and I believe this decision was made unfairly.

I have not received any response or clarification from Weplay about this ban, and I am currently unable to access my account and use the app. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the specific reason for the ban if there is one, and that the permanent ban be lifted if no serious violation can be found.

I expect my account access to be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using the Weplay app without further issues.
