I am writing regarding my account on the Weplay app, which was permanently banned this morning on my Android device due to an alleged violation of community guidelines. I was not given any clear or detailed explanation about which rule I supposedly violated, and I believe this decision was made unfairly.
I have not received any response or clarification from Weplay about this ban, and I am currently unable to access my account and use the app. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the specific reason for the ban if there is one, and that the permanent ban be lifted if no serious violation can be found.
I expect my account access to be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using the Weplay app without further issues.
