WePlay Support Not Responding to Blocked Account Issue

I am a WePlay user, and I have always logged in using my Google account. For the last two weeks, I have not been able to log in to my WePlay account at all. My account appears to be blocked, and every attempt to enter the game fails. During this period, I tried to reach WePlay, but I have not received any response or explanation about the reason for this situation. I do not know why my account was blocked, and I have not been informed of any violation. I kindly request that my WePlay account, which I use with my Google login, be reactivated and that I be allowed to access the game again. If there is a specific reason for the block, I also request a clear explanation so that I can avoid such problems in the future.
