WePlay Account Banned With Error 2008

I have been using WePlay Game on my mobile phone and regularly play Space Werewolf with my friends. Today, after playing Space Werewolf, I turned off my phone and put it on charge. About an hour later, when I opened WePlay again to play with my friends, I suddenly received an error 2008 message stating that my account had been banned, even though I did not do anything inappropriate or violate any rules while playing. My WePlay ID is 252125095. I have not made any in‑game purchases myself, but my friends have spent a lot on me through gifts and support in the game, and I do not want to lose this account and the progress associated with it. The ban came without any explanation or warning, which is very upsetting because I believe I have followed the rules. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, the reason for this unjustified ban be clarified, and that my account with ID 252125095 be unbanned as soon as possible, so I can continue playing Space Werewolf with my friends.
