I received a message from WePlay stating that I had broken WePlay guidelines and that this was the reason for the permanent ban. However, I genuinely do not know which rule I violated, and I did not knowingly engage in any harmful or illegal activity on the platform. Since the ban, a long time has passed, and I have been unable to access my account. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed in detail and that I be clearly informed which specific guideline or rule was allegedly broken, because I want to follow all rules properly. My main expectation is that my WePlay ID 80829167 is unbanned and that I am given another chance to use the platform in accordance with the guidelines.
