WePlay Banned My Account and Device Without Explanation
I own the WePlay account with ID: 5391***, and I think my ban was not justified. I play the game fairly, I don’t use any offensive language, and I always try to keep the community positive—so it was really surprising to get banned out of nowhere without any explanation. In the meantime, a lot of toxic players are messing up the game, but they don't seem to get in trouble for it. What’s the deal with my ban? I don’t get why it happened. This doesn't make any sense! I can't even talk to my friends unless I get a new device. Is WePlay actually making people buy a new phone just to play again? I need both my device and account ban to be lifted right away. WePlay, this is totally not okay! Can you please explain what's going on and help fix this issue right away?
