My account has been repeatedly banned and at least twice it has been banned for reasons that I believe are completely unfair and not clearly explained. After these bans, I contacted WePlay support and submitted an appeal, but instead of receiving a proper investigation or explanation, my appeal was simply closed without resolving the issue or telling me why my account was banned. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that any unfair ban be removed, and that my account be unbanned if no valid violation is found. In addition, I want a clear and detailed explanation of the specific reasons and evidence behind these bans so that I can understand what is happening and avoid any alleged issues in the future.
