I Face Unjust Ban on My WePlay Account #25512369 Without Any Explanation
I have absolutely no idea why my WePlay account (ID: 25512369) has been banned. I never used any offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate behavior. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on this account, and to see it suddenly banned without a valid reason is deeply upsetting.
I reached out to live support through the app right after the ban occurred, but it’s been days and I still haven’t received any response. This kind of silence from customer service is unacceptable. If there’s a legitimate reason for the ban, I deserve to know exactly what it is. But punishing users without explanation and then ignoring support requests is incredibly frustrating.
I demand a clear explanation regarding the reason for this ban and a full review of my account activity. I will continue escalating this issue until it is resolved fairly. Please restore access to my account or provide a justified and transparent answer.
