My WePlay Account Got Banned For No Reason

I am a user of the WePlay app in India and my account has been unfairly banned twice today. The app stated that my content was against the community guidelines, but I strongly believe I did not do anything wrong and have not intentionally violated any rules. Before I shared the post that was allegedly against the guidelines, my account had already been banned earlier in the day for around two hours, after which I regained access. Later, it was banned again, this time with the explanation that my post violated community rules. I have not received any clear explanation or detailed information about what exactly was considered a violation, and my attempts to reach support have so far received no response. I request that my account be reviewed carefully, that this ban be lifted, and that my access be restored. I also expect an apology for the inconvenience and stress caused by these repeated bans, as I am confident that I have not shared any content that should result in such actions.
