Hello, I’m dealing with a frustrating issue on my WePlay account. I’ve been banned from making any new top-ups, and apparently this is because a previous balance was withdrawn. Now, I can’t add any money to my account, and I have no idea how to fix this. The app doesn’t provide any guidance or explanation, and I’m completely stuck.

I’m extremely tired of dealing with this problem — it’s ruining my experience with the platform. I’ve tried looking for answers, but there’s no proper support channel or instruction on how to lift this ban. I need WePlay’s support team to step in and resolve this situation immediately. Please remove the top-up restriction and let me use my account normally again.
