I Face Unauthorized $49 Charge From WePDF After Paying $0.50 for One-Time Use

I used the WePDF website on a one-time basis and paid $0.50 for a single document conversion. However, because the site already had my card details, they charged me $49 without my knowledge or consent by automatically creating a subscription. At no point during the process was I informed that I was signing up for any type of membership or recurring payment.
This situation feels misleading and unfair. I only intended to use the service once, not to commit to a hidden subscription. After realizing the charge, I checked the platform again, but there were no clear membership options shown to me during my purchase. This lack of transparency has caused both financial and emotional frustration.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $49 charge immediately. Companies handling online payments must be clear and transparent about subscription terms. I urge WePDF to resolve this issue promptly, cancel any hidden membership linked to my card, and confirm that no further charges will be made. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
