Wayfair Keeps Charging And Refunding For The Same Purchase
Wayfair furniture looks nice, but ordering from them was a pain! spent about $1500 on furniture for my new place like in all sizes, but the whole payment thing was a mess. they called me questioning the order, like it's weird to buy furniture for your own home? Who do you sell these stuff to? they kept taking the money out of my account, putting it back in, then taking it out again, I could see it in my account one day, next day it was gone, lost balance all together….Ordering should be simple: buy stuff, they take money, you get your stuff. Why is Wayfair playing games with my money? It's been over a week and they still haven't even charged me for the chair I got! Well, sure I’ll accept it as gift, thx.
