Ordered comfy new recliner, came the delivery updates – they tell me one box containing the recliner is "out for delivery." Great! Except...there were two boxes. The other one? Apparently chilling in Georgia with no signs of moving anytime soon. From there, things went downhill faster the updates on that second box became a confusing game of "will it arrive or won't it?" One day it would say "arriving tomorrow," the next it would be back in delivery limbo. Didn't know I was buying adventure like this…. Wayfair's delivery system needs a serious overhaul. Splitting a recliner shipment across two boxes, with one getting lost in the furniture delivery vortex? I'll be putting my relaxation plans on hold until (hopefully) the other half of my recliner decides to join the party. Maybe next time I'll take my furniture shopping elsewhere – at least then I know the whole thing will show up together, ready to recline!
