Watsons Staff Refused to Process Bonus Points at Rumeli Branch
On Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 2:15 PM, I shopped at the Watsons Rumeli branch and asked to pay using the bonus points on my credit card. However, a staff member who wasn’t handling my transaction claimed that bonus points could no longer be used at Watsons, citing a new policy. She didn’t even attempt to process the transaction.
The staff member assisting me seemed confused but ultimately supported her colleague's claim. Frustrated, I left the products and decided to shop elsewhere. At the Harbiye branch, I completed my purchase without any issues and successfully used my bonus points. The staff there were courteous and helpful.
Watsons needs to ensure consistent service across branches and train their employees properly. Customers shouldn’t face such inconveniences.
