Watsons Sold The Discounted Product at the Previous Price

I couldn't see how much I paid for the rewarded product from Kale Center Watsons because they went through the cash register without a discount and some of the contents of the file were removed from the mail. Later, when I went home and calculated why I had earned so much, I examined why they had left more than me. The manager and people stated that when you go back to the store, your personal information is not collected. However, these people are the ones behind my back when selling the product to me. Weren't all the products in Watson personalized? Were there any decreases/changes in any of them? The same type of store does not cause any problems in exchange/returns free of charge. Why are these so problematic? Well, it is a more tragic event that they do not receive it even though it is written on the back of the receipt that it is within 15 days, in different places/based on the change. Also, they charged my credit card twice, so when I talked to the bank, the charge was definitely determined, and they gave me a reference and confirmation code for both charges, and I asked them to refund me, and they checked it when it was received. Yes, they charged it twice, but for this we need to prepare with the accountant, and they will load the money for the withdrawal. In short, they keep your money in front of you and confiscate your money. Never take your file without looking at it, and do not trust the employees there. A store full of uninformed employees.
