Woongjin Eversky SU-73CR Device Issues


I have been using my Woongjin Eversky SU-73CR device for 4 years. When I called to use my free transfer right, Hakan from technical service asked for an additional ₺2,500 service fee and added a different filtration system to the device without my request. Despite having scheduled service visits for the last 3 months, no one has come to change the filter. The device is not providing hot or cold water at all.
The phone number they provided is always off, and the water is no longer drinkable. I have turned off the device to avoid paying unnecessary fees for maintenance and electricity. I am left with no choice but to express my frustration daily. I do not recommend this product at all, and I am requesting legal action to be taken regarding this matter.
