My Warframe account was stolen, and I immediately contacted support, providing 100% accurate information to verify my ownership. I submitted purchase history, registration date, email, and username—everything they needed to confirm my identity.
Despite this, I was told that they could not assist me. How is it possible that a game with microtransactions and player data security refuses to help restore a stolen account? I have spent time and money on this account, and now it’s gone due to Warframe’s lack of proper security and support.
If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with BTK and escalate the matter further. Warframe, fix this! Has anyone else had their account stolen and received no support? This is unacceptable!
