I Can’t Recover My Brother’s Hacked Whiteout Survival Account Despite Proof and Support


I’ve been playing Whiteout Survival with my older brother for nearly 2 years, and recently, his account was hacked and put up for sale through social media. We immediately reported the situation to the in-game support team, submitted proof of ownership, and even sent bank receipts showing real-money purchases made on the account. We provided his user ID and contacted them multiple times, both directly and through other players. It’s been over a week, and still, no action has been taken.
How hard can it be to return a stolen account to its rightful owner—especially when all the evidence is in front of you? This isn’t just a game for many of us; real time, effort, and money go into building these accounts. It’s unacceptable that a player can lose everything overnight, and the support team stays silent.
