I Got Banned from Warframe After Buying 4,100 Platinum

I’ve been a loyal Warframe player and recently made several in-game purchases, totaling 4,100 Platinum. Not long after, my account was suddenly banned without any clear explanation. When I contacted support to find out why, I was told that to have my account reinstated, I would need to pay an additional ₺26,750 due to some alleged negative balance.
This is absolutely absurd. I already spent more than that on the game legitimately, and now I'm being told to pay again just to access an account I rightfully funded? I paid real money, played fairly, and now I’m being treated like I did something wrong.
The company’s stance is unacceptable. I was not warned, not informed of any violation, and now I’m facing demands that feel like extortion. I’m officially filing a complaint and considering legal action. I expect Warframe to review this matter fairly, lift the ban, and stop asking paying customers to pay twice for the same content. Do the right thing and resolve this.
