Vrbo Ignored My Complaint About Moldy Rental and Broken Shower

Thus horrible. I never book a property with Vrbo once more. Our lodging was really horrible; the shower was totally damaged and the walls showed obvious wetness and mold. That was not at all what was promoted. We immediately contacted Vrbo's customer support as well as the host to document the problem and request a resolution—that is, either transferring us to another property or mending the current one. Nobody intervened, though. Vrbo's customer support gave us the run-around and finally ceased responding. Neither a partial reimbursement nor even an apology were given to us. Everyone seemed to care very little. Vrbo utterly failed us for a firm claiming to provide some degree of security.
