On August 17, 2025, a charge of $3 was made to my Garanti Bank credit card under the name “Google VPN Lumos Fast.” In addition to this transaction, I experienced the same type of unauthorized charge six more times at different dates. I have no knowledge of this service or subscription, and I never submitted any application or gave any authorization. My credit card is only linked to my Apple account and is not connected to any other application or service.
So far, I have not contacted Google VPN, Lumos Fast, or Garanti Bank customer service. I want to clearly state that these charges were made without my knowledge and that I did not start any subscription. I reside in Antalya, and these transactions were made from my account located there.
I am requesting a refund of these unauthorized charges made to my card. I also ask that the necessary investigation be conducted regarding the security of my account.
