Unapproved Transaction on Ziraat Bank Debit Card Linked to Google VPN Lumos

On May 16, 2026, an unauthorized transaction of 199 TL was made from my Ziraat Bank debit card without my knowledge or consent. In my transaction history, the statement description reads "Google VPN lumos fast GB." I have never created a membership, subscribed to, or made any purchases with either Google VPN or Lumos Fast.

I have been victimized by this unapproved withdrawal from my card and refuse to accept this charge. I demand an immediate refund of the 199 TL deducted from my account and the cancellation of any active subscriptions that may have been opened under my name.

I request a thorough investigation into this unauthorized transaction, the prompt reimbursement of my money, and essential security checks on my account and card details to ensure similar incidents do not happen again in the future.
