Unauthorized Charge by Google VPN Lumos on VakıfBank Card

On May 20, 2026, at around 20:49, I noticed that 199.99 TL was charged to my VakıfBank card by a entity named "Google VPN Lumos" without my permission or authorization. I never entered or provided my card details anywhere; I had only downloaded a VPN application for a brief moment and deleted it completely from my phone in under 10 minutes.

I absolutely did not initiate any membership, authorize a payment, or give consent to this company. Despite this, having 199.99 TL deducted from my account poses a serious security risk and represents a major grievance.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized 199.99 TL transaction and the cancellation of all potential memberships or subscriptions associated with this entity.
