My Volvo XC40 Has Had Repeated Engine And Transmission Problems Since Purchase
The Volvo XC40 vehicle I purchased from Otokoç Volvo has been experiencing constant malfunctions since the day I bought it. In particular, I have been dealing with recurring engine and transmission problems, and these issues have never been permanently resolved since 2022.
During this period, I had to take the vehicle to the authorized Otokoç service centers in Tarsus and Adana an average of two to three times per year. Different repairs and procedures were performed each time, but shortly afterward the same or similar malfunctions would occur again.
Because of these repeated service visits, I have suffered serious time loss, financial expenses, and ongoing inconvenience. I no longer feel safe or confident using my vehicle. I also have service records and documentation related to all of these repairs and maintenance processes.
I do not want to continue owning a vehicle that constantly malfunctions and no longer gives me confidence. For this reason, considering the repeated engine and transmission failures, the extensive service history, and the expenses I have incurred, I request that my vehicle be replaced.
I ask that the matter be thoroughly investigated and that my ongoing customer grievance be resolved properly and fairly.
