My New Volvo EX30 Still Leaks Water After Multiple Repairs

April 4 5:54 PM18

I experienced a water leak problem in the trunk area of my Volvo EX30, which I purchased brand-new from Volcar Gaziemir. When I took the vehicle to the authorized service center, I was told that there was a problem with the insulation underneath the panoramic glass roof and that this issue was causing water to leak into the trunk.

The service center replaced the glass roof and renewed the insulation. However, during this repair process, I was left without my vehicle for approximately 10 days, and neither a loaner vehicle was provided nor was I given proper updates or information about the repair status.

Approximately 20 days after the vehicle was returned to me, the trunk started leaking water again. I had to return to the service center for the same issue. Because of the inconvenience I had already experienced previously, I requested a replacement vehicle this time. Even after I explained that the same repair process would likely happen again and that I would once more be left without transportation, I was met with an extremely careless response: “Leave the car if you want, don’t leave it if you don’t.”

During both service visits, I encountered the same indifferent attitude and a complete lack of customer-focused problem solving.

The fact that a brand-new vehicle has developed the exact same water leak problem twice within a short period, combined with the refusal to provide a replacement vehicle and the lack of proper communication, has caused me to completely lose confidence in both the vehicle and the service process.

I believe my Volvo EX30 is defective due to this recurring water leak issue, and I request that my vehicle be replaced with a defect-free new vehicle.
